Timothy Chen has served as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2016.

Mr. Chen has broad technology, strategic, and business experience, having served on senior executive- and board-level teams for Foxconn Industrial Internet Company/Hon Hai Precision Industry, Asia Pacific Telecom, Telstra, GL Capital Group, National Basketball Association China, Microsoft, Motorola/Motorola (China) Electronics, 21CN Cybernet, and Autohome. Mr. Chen additionally was a partner on the China Opportunities Fund within GL Capital Group, and he spent nine years at AT&T Bell Laboratories in the U.S.

Mr. Chen received an MBA from the University of Chicago and dual master’s degrees in computer engineering and mathematics from Ohio State University. He earned an undergraduate degree from Chiao Tung University.
